How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your Meandly account and associated data, email support@meandly.com.
Please include:
- The email address used for your Meandly account.
- Your nickname or user ID, if available.
- A clear request such as: “Delete my Meandly account”.
We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the deletion request. Verified account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
How to request deletion of specific data
You may also request deletion of specific Meandly data without deleting your account. Email support@meandly.com and describe the data you want deleted.
Examples include posts, routes, comments, saved items, likes, follow relationships, app preferences, push notification tokens, and connected health sync data.
Data deleted when your account is deleted
- Account profile information.
- User-created posts, routes, comments, and related content.
- Saved routes, likes, follows, and app preferences.
- Connected health sync data, if applicable.
- Push notification tokens and device-specific notification records.
Data that may be retained
Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes. These records are retained only for as long as necessary for those purposes.
